Our support begins during the recruitment process when we work with our prospective franchisees to not only give them all the facts about running a CHEAT DAZE franchise but also help them build a robust business plan including revenue, expenditure and profit.

We will also provide you with site acquisition help and also a full design and brand build package.

Once you and your team have joined our network you will be placed in the hands of our training team and a detailed training programme will be built around your store opening. Our comprehensive training and on-going support results in a strong relationship between Franchisees. Our training is a mix of 1:1 and group sessions and is delivered by people who work in the business.

All the training is supported by a comprehensive Operations Manual for use by you and your team.

We will work with and support you during the launch of your business ensuring that all your systems and processes are working well, and once up and running we will hold regular business development meetings with all franchisees.

We will give you access to our local marketing toolkit which has everything to support the launch and development of your business including a digital and social media plan.

FINANCES...

The major investment that you make will be in finding a site and refurbishing it but we will also help with that.

Once we have had an initial chat with you we will share all the detailed financial models with you together with expected revenue streams, expenditure and profit.

OUR BUSINESS MODEL IS BASED ON A NUMBER OF KEY FEES

  • An upfront FRANCHISE FEE that will provide everything you need to get your store open and operating profitably.​

  • A fixed MONTHLY ROYALTY FEE so you know exactly what you are paying on an ongoing basis.

  •  A FIXED MONTHLY MARKETING LEVY that is used to promote the brand nationally and, in your territory.

  • What is the typical investment level that is required?
    The level of investment will be determined by the site and fit-out programme. In terms of your own personal investment we would expect you to have a minimum of 50% of the total investment cost in liquid assets. We also have relationships with a number of major funding institutions who can provide further support.
  • Where can I open a Cheat Daze Franchise and will my territory be exclusive?
    We are launching nationally and Franchisees will be given an exclusive territory so that they can grow their own business and each territory offers an excellent opportunity to build a highly profitable and successful business in a large geographic area. We will actively assist and support Franchisees to grow sales revenues in their designated territory and will work collaboratively with them at all times.
  • What Fees do I pay?
    · An upfront Franchise. · A fixed Monthly Royalty Fee. · A Fixed Monthly Marketing Levy.
  • What experience do I need to have?
    You don’t need to have any experience in the QSR sector as we will train and support you BUT, we do want you to demonstrate a passion for the desserts and your team.
  • Can I sell my Franchise?
    Yes, our renewable 5 year Franchise Agreement allows our Franchisees to sell their business subject to a number of simple conditions.
  • How much can I earn?
    Once we have had an initial chat we are happy to provide you with a full Business Planning Kit that will share all the key financial information with you that will enable you to build your Business Plan.

Step 4 Sign a refundable Deposit Agreement to help secure your territory whilst you search for a location.

Step 5 Sign Franchise Agreement and pay Initial Franchise Fee

Step 6 Store Fit-Out

Step 7 Our Training Team will put in place a full Training Programme for you and your staff

Step 8 Store Opening
